Welcome to the Homepage for the Regional Funding Fair 2008
We
are delighted to be hosting the Regional Funding Fair 2008. The event will
be the first of its kind in the area and is the result of a new local authority
and voluntary sector partnership covering the South West Wales region.
Charities, community groups and voluntary organisations are a vital part
of the physical, social and economical regeneration of our region. The partnership
behind the event recognises the invaluable work of third sector organisations
and is hosting the free event to provide groups with information and advice
so they can plan for the future.
National and regional funders, plus other organisations, will all be on
hand to discuss funding requirements and assist groups in developing their
ideas. First hand experiences of individuals and groups who have been involved
in successful projects from across the region will be discussed and seminars
based on the theme of sustainability will be running throughout the day.
We are sure that you will find the event to be an enjoyable and informative
experience and look forward to seeing you there.
